I am a licensed independent social worker, LISW. I have been practicing in the social work field for 20 years. I have worked with many populations including, children, adults and older adults. I specialize working with children, teens, adults, older adults and individuals who have been diagnosed with anxiety, phobias, depression, personality disorders, PTSD and bipolar disorders.

I utilize several counseling techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
