I am a psychotherapist who is originally from Brazil and experienced in conducting therapy with diverse clients, both in English and Spanish. I am formally trained in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR Therapy, which are all effective in addressing a variety of complex life difficulties.
