There comes a time in our life where we find ourselves stuck and unable to make changes that can catapult us into our next season of life. As a therapist I have the privilege of seeing you grow and utilizing the most privileged experiences a person can have: relationships and connection. Throughout each session, together we will utilize events, experiences and relationships that are within your world to help promote growth and positive change.
My goal is to help you achieve your goals through perspective centered around you. You are the expert of your life and you are the center of the session. I want you to leave each session knowing that you are not defined by your problems or situations, these are just speed bumps getting you to a greater place.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist by education and I work with families, couples, individuals, adolescents and children. I am also a Registered Play Therapist and have the privilege of working with kids and families. Being able to have both perspectives (the marriage, family, individual and also child) allows me to see a whole picture.
