With experience across hospitals and schools, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges, included but not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and perinatal mental health. I take a relational integrative approach drawing on CBT, ACT, play therapy & mindfulness techniques. I am a clinician at BACC.
