I have worked as a psychotherapist in several countries, I work with a multicultural lens and I am natively bilingual in English and Spanish.

We will work together and examine the psychological, cultural, biological, spiritual and sociological elements of your life in order to develop strategies to help you live a healthier and more peaceful life. I specialize in helping clients reconnect with themselves after suffering trauma.

I work with those struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, relationship and self esteem problems.
