We will work on deepening awareness, building skills, and making meaningful change that aligns with your values and goals - a therapy that enlightens and empowers.
I work with adults with issues related to anxiety, depression, loss and grief, difficult family dynamics/roles, and racial and cultural identity. I also specialize in perinatal mental health and support individuals encountering challenges in their reproductive journey from pregnancy through the postpartum period and the transition to parenthood.
As a therapist and first-generation Asian American born in Colombia, I’m committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
