For years I've saved a delightful comic by Randy Glasbergen that shows a human counseling client lying on a couch with a therapist sitting next to him. The therapist is a dog who says: "My therapy is quite simple: I wag my tail and lick your face until you feel good about yourself again." Although I don't have a tail and I don't lick anyone's face, I think there's a lot of truth in that canine counselor's style of therapy. As a matter of fact, I think that helping people feel good about themselves is one of the most important and enjoyable aspects of my work.
If you've found your way to my website, I think you are already a wise person. Rumi said it this way: "Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself." Thank you for taking time to focus on whatever you'd like to change about yourself, because I believe your efforts will help not only you, but everyone.
Check out my areas of expertise below and explore my website at your leisure. If you think we'd be a good fit, contact me and we'll set up a consultation.
