Stress, anxiety, traumatic events, and other mental health concerns can have a profound impact on our day-to-day lives. My role is to provide compassionate guidance and support as clients build their self-efficacy and self-empowerment to overcome life's challenges. I believe people are resilient and are the expert in their life. I appreciate each person's unique personality and background.
As a mental health counselor, I strive to build trust-based relationships and a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients. I also integrate other therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of the individual client. I have received additional training in trauma and LGBTQ+ treatment approaches.
