Is life in general getting to you more here lately? Whether it's stress, anxiety, or depression- life can feel overwhelming, but luckily, it doesn't have to stay that way. I'm Cassie, and I am a licensed professional counselor that specializes in working with people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and distress in relationships. I have extensive experience in helping through evidence based practices, but ultimately, my goal is to work with you to find what tools and experiences will be beneficial and healing for you.
As an approved clinical supervisor, I also offer clinical supervision to counselors in training and counselors working towards licensure. I approach supervision from a multicultural and collaborative orientation, and I work with supervisees to help them develop their own therapeutic style that is based in professional and ethical competence.
