Hello! I'm so happy you found your way here and I have the opportunity to introduce myself. I'm a trauma trained Licensed Professional Counselor with a passion for helping people live happier and healthier lives. My journey as a counselor for over 15 years has brought me a range of experience working with trauma survivors of all ages, as well as working with children, teens, and adults faced with mental health and life challenges. It's important for clients to find a counselor that fits their personality. I combine effective therapeutic approaches with a warm, friendly, southern personality. There is almost always laughter somewhere in my sessions, even on the tough days. Client's should leave counseling sessions with a feeling of being heard, understood, and lighter.
