I'm Cassie (she/they), and I would describe myself as a nurturer who strives to create a therapeutic space in which children, adolescents, and adults can feel safe and seen. I am trained in Art Therapy, as well as Play Therapy (yes, online works too!). I believe the capacity to heal is within us already, and the therapeutic relationship can reminds us of our own strength.
Utilizing CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy approaches allows you, the client to have total control over the coarse of treatment. From there, I will provide anything from structure, to space for the unknown. I look forward to serving my clients by reminding them their feelings are not only acceptable, but that they can be the source of their own healing.
My mission is to provide a therapeutic relationship that feels safe for you to express yourself however you need to.
