As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Brainspotting Consultant, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and Mindfulness Coach, I provide personalized treatment to individuals who seek to improve their sense of well-being. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment in which individuals are able to develop personal goals, as well as explore specific challenges and barriers that have prevented them from living their best life in the past.
