They should want a genderqueer psychotherapist who is fat, neurospicy, queer, and believes in finding joy without toxic positivity. I provide letters to support gender-affirming healthcare and believe in gender joy. My ideal client should know that we don't need to relive their trauma to process their trauma. I am a therapist who strives to understand individuals within their social constructs and will meet my clients wherever they are on their journey.
I believe in radical body liberation and have spent much of my career dismantling the colonized mindset of body, gender expression, and sexuality. My cultural development has taught me to stand in and understand my power. This allows me to join clients at the intersection of their oppression and support them to find their power.
I am a therapist who approaches healing with unconditional positive regard. You are the author of your story and I will support you through your experiences.
