I am a certified trauma therapist trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I also incorporate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to create a unique approach just for you.
I believe things can get better and life won't always feel so heavy. I have seen the healing magic of bilateral stimulation and I would love to offer this service to you in weekly sessions, or in an EMDR Intensive (1-3 days of treatment). Warrior Renew is an 8 week group designed to address unique aspects of interpersonal/sexual trauma. This group gives participants skills to manage trauma symptoms, and guides them towards resolving and releasing the past, with the inspiration to move forward in their lives in a meaningful way. You would benefit from Warrior Renew if you have experienced betrayal, shame, and lack of support from others which has now led you to have unrealistic self-blame, difficulty trusting others, and avoidance of emotional and physical intimacy.
