I have experience working with individuals 18 and older dealing with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, PTSD/trauma symptoms, abusive relationships, interpersonal difficulties, relationship troubles, career difficulties, and grief. I have worked extensively with many age groups including college/graduate students, veterans in regard to PTSD and trauma, as well as, mothers, fathers, the LGBTQIA population, and lastly, adults on the autism spectrum. My approach in the therapy room is client-centered, always making sure my client feels comfortable, heard, understood, but challenged.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals. I work primarily with a focus in DBT, Somatic Therapies, Polyvagal Theory, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapies.
Therapy can be intimidating and anxiety provoking, I ensure you I will be open, honest, and collaborative with you throughout your journey to heal. Please contact me if you are in search of a safe place to heal and grow.
