Whether you’re looking for a new counselor or considering therapy for the first time, I’m happy you’re here! Therapy can be a unique and vulnerable experience, so choosing a counselor to share that with is an important decision. Working with both adolescents and adults, I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, self-esteem, and LGBTQ+ identities. While I practice within counseling theory and a wellness/emotion-focused lens, I also work to adapt with my clients in ways that best support them and their goals.
I approach the therapeutic relationship with compassion and empathy, journeying alongside clients toward solutions and relief. As a counselor, I prioritize my client’s values and beliefs, always holding space for uncomfortable topics and the hard conversations that we all struggle with.
I aim to incorporate things that encourage self-expression, such as music, humor, or art. Ultimately, you are the expert of your own life, and I hope to support each individual as such!
