I work with clients in their late teens (15+) and adults with a variety of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, self-esteem, chronic pain, and compounded trauma to name a few. As a neurodivergent queer therapist, I love serving the queer community and uniquely analytical community.
I have been working with individuals that have felt trapped by stress and anxiety for the past ten years. Having trained, taught, and worked in wellness communities throughout Southeast Asia, I integrate a combination of Yogic, Ayurvedic and Zen Buddhist approaches through the lens of modern psychology.
