I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. Many individuals struggle with overthinking, worrying, restlessness, and tolerating uncertainty. Imagine living a life where you better understood your patterns & emotions, had decreased stress, and accepted uncertainty. I have worked with many individuals from different backgrounds, including adults, adolescents, and children. I have worked with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, codependency, grief, OCD, life adjustments, relationship difficulties, and social anxiety. Anxiety can make us feel stuck, but there is hope.
You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you. Together, we will work through your worries and start the process of identifying patterns so you can learn ways to better cope with them going forward. We will work on ways that will help quiet the overthinking mind and decrease the amount of time you spend in your head.
