Obtaining holistic healing for our mental health can be one of the greatest methods of self-care. The integration of faith-based practices with evidence-based therapies is very important to me. I focus on creating a safe space where children, adolescents, and adults can express themselves freely. I believe that emotional pain has no age limit and that everyone can benefit from therapy.
