Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Loma Linda University and have been practicing for about 4 years. I help young adults struggling through career stress, burnout, or adjustment as they transition into new roles and explore the best version of themselves. I have experience with a diverse population, from different backgrounds and life experiences. I work with each individual as they share their unique journey.
In a first session with me, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where their needs and concerns are prioritized. I will start by introducing myself and explaining how therapy works (especially if it's your first time). I'll then ask some questions about you, your background, reason for therapy, and begin to explore your goals.
