I work with adults and adolescents on anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, identity, and career transitions. Whether we’re focusing on cultivating a sense of contentment and resilience or healing emotional wounds and letting go of limiting thoughts and patterns, my goal is to help you become your most authentic, healthy self. I’m a great fit for clients who want to better understand their emotions, grow in areas where they feel stuck, or reexamine how they engage in relationships.
We all have unique stories and circumstances, and I tailor my approach to you and your life. Sometimes, we might build emotional regulation skills as we breathe and feel our feet on the ground; other times, we might tackle a deep-rooted thought about not being good enough, or a painful recurring relationship pattern.
However the work looks, I am collaborative, present-moment focused, and draw from Gestalt, mindfulness, somatic work, CBT, and DBT therapies. Personally, I am an avid rock climber, snowboarder, and meanderer of trails. I nurture my sense of wonder, gratitude, and motivation by connecting with the earth. I am excited to work with you!
