Hello! My name is Cassandra "Cassie" Castillo and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who's goal is to create a space where you can feel heard and validated. I use a person-centered approach that looks at you as a whole person. I believe healing starts first and foremost with yourself. Using collaboration within the therapeutic relationship, my approach helps to guide you to becoming more aware of the best version that you can be.
If you are struggling with any life transitions (moving, relationships, going to college, etc.) and feeling stuck and unsure of what to do next, you are not alone. I work with clients who are feeling the uncertainties of life and the wave of emotions that come with it.
My goal is to create a space where each session you can be heard and validated. I use active listening throughout my sessions and can offer guidance when needed. Within each therapeutic interaction, you are the forefront of the session and are able to guide our collaboration in the direction that best serves you.
