My work is focused on helping individuals become skilled in the things they struggle with: Relationships, Self-esteem, Anxiety, Boundaries, Grief, Identity, Stage of Life Changes etc. My training in Emotionally Focused Therapy can help you learn healthy relationship skills, build emotional intelligence, grow confidence, heal, and feel good in your own skin.
My approach is direct, authentic and engaging with a bit of humor mixed in. While some of my specialties are named above, I am experienced in helping adults across the lifespan (eg. college aged, mid-life, seasoned adults) with the range of life’s challenges.
