I typically help clients experiencing relationship issues, life transitions, and identity development concerns build upon their personal strengths to better encounter life's obstacles. Through therapy, my clients experience growth and empowerment through a safe and confidential relationship. My practice will help you gain direction, insight, personal and relational healing, and coping skills to live life well. I have worked with numerous adults over the past 10+ years and have been a licensed clinical psychologist since 2014.
I specialize in relationship issues, life transitions, and integrating spirituality into therapy. I have extensive experience working with Mood Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma using clinically supported treatments. I also train graduate students in Clinical Psychology and conduct research on identity development and social justice concerns.
