I have worked for 10+ years experience in assisting youth and families with trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disturbances, and impulse control. I have experience working in residential therapeutic agencies with adolescents and is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strength-Based approaches.
I offer an open atmosphere, in a therapeutic setting. I strive to help my clients advocate for themselves. I use a strengths-based approach to allow clients to utilize their own coping skills, to continue on any life challenges thrown their way. I believe in clients working towards solving problems.
I enjoy reading, traveling, and being outdoors. I spend my free time around friends, family and love learning new hobbies. You might find me out on walks with my fur babies- German Shepherd Wrigley and Chocolate Lab Murphy.
