As a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist, I have expertise in both therapy and assessment, which provides me with a unique perspective on underlying reasons for behaviors and appropriate interventions. Through my assessments, I am able to pin point an individual's strengths and needs, providing diagnostic clarity, self understanding, and direction for treatment and/or educational planning. In collaboration with clients and schools, I help identify appropriate school-based supports, including standardized testing and college accommodations, and draw upon my experience in educational advocacy.
I also provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to children, adolescents, and adults and work with clients during life transitions. Additionally, I offer Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE) approach and parental support to guide caregivers in meeting their child's needs.
I am passionate about helping people learn new skills to move past obstacles and thrive, and about supporting parents in addressing their children's social, emotional, behavioral, and educational needs. Please note that evaluations are conducted in Midtown East and Lower Westchester, and I provide therapy remotely. I am licensed in New York and New Jersey.
