Often times, feelings of anxiety, depression, and fear can leave us paralyzed and unable to achieve our goals and find real fulfillment. I believe that through therapy and the relationship created in the therapeutic process, people can confront and overcome the feelings that may be keeping them from fully realizing their potential. As a therapist my goal is to create a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental environment in which you can explore feelings, resolve painful issues from the past and present, improve relationships and achieve fulfillment.
I have an extensive background in working with women and men who are dealing with major life transitions whether in their personal or professional life as well as individuals struggling with anxiety and depression. I also work with couples on issues ranging from communication and intimacy issues to attachment styles and parenting.
I consider myself to be a compassionate, empathic listener and believe that therapy is a collaborative process. We will work together to build a relationship where you feel supported and can learn to feel, think and grow in new ways.
