I am confident in working with those struggling in active addiction, those in recovery and your loved ones. Humans are awesome and complex - I use an integrative approach to meet your needs. I want to learn your unique language, thoughts and feelings and then provide you with skills to move with ease through life.
As a counselor working in WNC for the past 20 years, I believe that when a person shares their story and is open to healing, they can! I provide a 20 minute phone consultation to see if I am a good match for you. I have daytime, some evening and weekend hours available.
