Welcome to a space of warmth, non-judgment, and compassion! I enjoy working with people who are on a journey of self-introspection and discovery. My work experiences include treatment of eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, relationship issues, grief, and perfectionism. My clients are often looking to heal from burnout, hustle culture, and diet culture. I have experienced these issues firsthand as a former school social worker. If you’re in the helping profession (ex: teacher, therapist, school counselor, etc.), please reach out! You are the expert of your own life and I am here to help empower you.
My approach to therapy is client-centered and strengths-based. I am trained in ACT, an evidence-based treatment model that utilizes acceptance, upholding values, and mindfulness practices. I am also trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills, and EFT (emotions-focused therapy).
As an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I value and respect diverse perspectives. I am passionate about helping people stay present while experiencing meaning and joy.
