Whether you are struggling with adapting to daily stressors, a significant change, grief and loss, or a mental health diagnosis with symptoms that are difficult to manage, my approach to therapy remains the same. Meet you where you are at, work together on attainable goals to improve on daily functioning and create a safe and empathetic space so you feel comfortable. I work with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, major life changes, stress, coping, parenting, co-parenting, self love and self esteem. I look forward to working with clients who are motivated and willing to implement change.
While I am well versed on multiple modalities, I gravitate towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing therapeutic approaches. I enjoy working with adults and teens, both in person, and telemedicine. I have five years of counseling experience and just over three years of experience working in human services.
I am here to hold space for your feelings and encourage you to give yourself the same care, compassion and grace that you give others.
