I enjoy working with clients from all different backgrounds who are willing to make a change in their life. Counseling can be hard at times, yet very rewarding, and it is important to find the right counselor for you. I practice from a primarily Solution Focused background while including techniques from CBT, REBT, and Adlerian theory. I aim to bring honesty, authenticity, and reliability into each session.
I have a specialty in working with addiction which includes adults, families, and children. I also primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns, BPD, PTSD, and other related trauma diagnosis. I meet with clients in office or via telehealth.
I believe that all people have personal strengths and deserve to have a voice that can be listened to. I believe that through healing, we can take control of our lives instead of feeling controlled by life. I am determined to foster a safe environment through empathetic understanding and a trusting therapeutic relationship.
