My primary focus is to guide individuals towards a greater sense of freedom through the awareness of one's emotional and behavioral patterns which is accessed through mind/body/soul connection and to heal the wounds that have accumulated throughout our lives.
I am Certified in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy which assists in clearing trauma and transformation on the deeper levels of consciousness. I use the model of DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) as a way to increase practical application of one’s own wisdom in the here and now. I also teach clients EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) to clear emotional pain.
To seek out healing takes an act of courage and trust. I honor the journey that has lead you to this point. Our souls are seeking wholeness, this is my own work, as well as what I strive to empower each client to work toward. I approach the therapeutic relationship with curiosity and as an equal in the healing journey.
