My belief is that my clients have within them the ability to achieve wellness and understand any disruptions in their life. Our goal at the Casey Center is to help clients understand their issues and provide meaningful and useful skills to overcome obstacles. I practice a client-centered approach with unconditional positive regard for all clients. I am dually licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, and Qualified Supervisor, with certifications in Advanced Clinical Trauma, CBT, DBT, ACT.
I offer years of experience in trauma, grief, loss, anxiety/depression, and mood disorders. Certified in Advanced Complex Clinical Trauma. As one who suffers from PTSD and profound loss, I understand what feelings and behaviors are a result and am able to provide successful interventions to enable my clients to achieve wellness and improve their lives.
