I love to help people feel more empowered about skills they can learn and strengths they already possess. I help clients of all ages and walks of life, but particularly teenaged clients struggling with depression and anxiety. I'm also experienced working with OCD, grief, attachment issues, personality disorders, self-harm, and relational issues, and helping LGBTQ+ clients with struggles of identity.
