My name is Casandra Oyeka and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, bipolar, and schizophrenia treatment using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support my clients in reaching their goals and promote a healthy mind, body, and soul.
I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults and individuals who may be struggling with self-esteem, daily life stressors, depression, worry, and past traumas.
