Talking about heavy emotions is sometimes hard to do and maybe equally as difficult to open up to a new therapist. As a licensed clinical social worker, I take the time to provide a safe, comfortable space for clients to share their experiences using a client-centered and strengths based approach. I will work alongside you to develop realistic treatment plan to help you reach your desired goals and outcomes.
I work with young adults/adults struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. My style is inviting and warm, offering a trusting environment allowing deeper dives into true emotions which will ultimately bring healing. I enjoy working with clients identifying strategies to improve moods and feel better.
