I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced clinical training in mental health and the treatment of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). In my private practice, I work with individuals, children, teens, and families with a variety of diagnoses. My approach to therapy is based on the belief that all individuals are doing their best at each moment in time, and that they have the capacity to create desired change while building and developing a life worth living.
I focus on generating strong relationships with my clients, and provide a collaborative, compassionate, and trusting space for clients to work on their therapeutic goals. Using evidence based treatments, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) we will increase behavior changes as well as shifting the way you view a situation.
