I specialize in working with youth and adults who are experiencing significant life changes such as traumatic experiences, grief and loss, transitioning to a new profession or location, and identity exploration, to name a few. Going through changes and transitions is hard, and can often bring up difficult or unwelcome thoughts, feelings, or behaviors such as depression, sadness, anxiety, anger, and low self-esteem.
Specializing in both talk and art therapy, I will assist you in navigating new life challenges, processing past or current experiences, and developing positive coping skills and a healthy sense of self.
