I have over a decade of experience working with adults 18 and over, struggling with various mental health issues, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, stress management, anger management, disruptive thoughts, disturbed sleep, and chronic pain. I take an integrative approach and hope to support individuals with finding balance and peace.
