I know asking for help is not an easy thing to do. I also know that finding a provider you trust to help you navigate mental health care can be a challenge. My style is warm, collaborative and engaging. I compassionately promote therapeutic healing, growth & change. I work with adolescents (16 and older) and adults who need support in addressing trauma, along with depression, anxiety, and/or substance use.
I am an experienced trauma therapist, trained in multiple trauma modalities, including KAP, EMDR, TF-CBT, and CPT. I understand feelings of safety and trust are prerequisites to trauma work. I will meet you where you're at and get to know you within the context of your life and together we will determine the focus of our work. Healing is possible.
Compassion, curiosity and humor are the heart of my practice. In our work together, there will be plenty of laughter, necessary insights and growth as we work towards healthier, more sustainable ways of moving through the world.
