Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient program starts 11/12! I am passionate about working with teens, adults, and couples struggling with OCD, depression, anxiety, addiction, & trauma. Our work will be a collaborative relationship. I believe you are the expert of your own experiences and I am here to walk alongside you in your healing, naming blind spots that may have gotten in your way of change. We all have blindspots. Through lived experience and a deep understanding, I like to have fun in my sessions. If you were a fly on the wall in my sessions you would hear not only tears but bursts of laughter and movement. I don't think that the seriousness of mental health has to weigh us down. Together, we find ways of coping that fit your life and the person you are.
My approach to therapy is really all about you and what you need to hear to change. If you have given therapy a try before and didn't feel quite the connection, I might be a good fit. I am real and like to be direct and reflect the ways that you can do things differently this time. I am here to help you focus on what's important.

Adult OCD Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We offer a 3-week (31.5 hour) Adult OCD Intensive-Outpatient Program (IOP) to have more frequent and concentrated treatment for those who are currently in OCD treatment with a therapist. There are always sacrifices, but this 3-week bootcamp style program of IOP can give you the kick-start you need and may allow you to attend with little disruption to life. This IOP is hybrid online and two days in person and will run September 18th - October 6th Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00-1:00 and Thursday 11:00-11:30. Cost is $1,995.00, payment plans available.

Being a teen in 2024 is really challenging. It's hard to stay connected and it's easy to feel like you're all alone. It's additionally not easy to talk openly about mental health. Join our group to know that you are not alone. This group is run by those who specialize in anxiety, OCD, and Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) so we understand what you might be going through.
