Life is all about balancing the good and the bad because both exist.
I have over 13 years of experience working with children 10+, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health and substance use concerns. I'm trained in DBT and incorporate mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
