Hi! I'm so glad you found your way here. Taking that first step and reaching out to a counselor can be hard. Often clients reach out when they feel stuck, overwhelmed or worried about difficulties in their lives or their relationships. They feel exhausted and unable to find a clear path forward. Sometimes they are outwardly high achieving and/or caring for many people, but internally stuck and disconnected from themselves, their loved ones, or a sense of purpose and meaning in their life.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where I connect deeply with clients to help them feel seen and heard. A space where we can explore what is getting in the way of you living life fully, and having the relationships you envision. I also use child centered, play based therapy to help young kids work through big emotions and difficult life circumstances.
I understand its hard to imagine how life can be different, after feeling overwhelmed or stuck for so long. I want to offer you hope. I believe change is always possible.
