We all experience moments in our lives where everything is in chaos, we feel disconnected from ourselves, and it feels like we are stumbling through impenetrable darkness. Depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and many other mental health conditions can make us feel alone, stuck, and hopeless. My goal is to offer a space in which you can process and work through these difficult moments and to provide hope when you feel isolated in your struggles.

I utilize an integrated approach that includes person-centered, narrative, internal family systems (IFS), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) modalities. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Psychology and am almost finished with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Regis University.

As I support you on your journey, I aim to provide warmth, hope, and compassion as well as give you the opportunity to be your authentic self. I believe that some of the most powerful change happens when we’re truly heard and seen as we are and I aspire to take the time to truly understand your unique story.
