I use a combination of different types of therapy based off what you may need and resonates the best with you. I have experience working with adults, couples, and adolescents, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, who have struggled with anxiety, relationship issues, marriage counseling, depression, life transitions, gender identity and many more.
