I specialize in treating anxiety, OCD, and trauma. Often these daily struggles are connected to deeper fears and wounds that we can learn to heal. I want to help live a full life without pretending to be ok, but truly feeling ok.
I strive to foster personal growth and understanding in order to change our stories about ourselves and get out of unhelpful patterns. I do this by providing a safe and non-judgmental space where people of all different backgrounds can feel comfortable sharing their struggles. I am trained in EMDR, ERP, and ACT which I use to guide treatment planning.
