I am Master Certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is similar to EMDR therapy in that we'll use eye movements or tapping to calm the nervous system. All the work is done in your own mind and you don't have to talk about the details unless you choose to. ART results in a change of perspective can resolve underlying issues that result in anxiety, depression, etc.
