I am passionate assisting others during life transitions, self-esteem/perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and during the perinatal realm that includes: parenting, family conflicts, loss, infertility, pregnancy and perinatal mood disorders.

I am trained in Perinatal Mood Disorders through Postpartum Support International. The journey to parenthood is one of the most magical and exciting times in one's life, but no one says that the journey to parenthood can be challenging, anxiety producing, questioning and self-doubting.
