I am a Trauma Informed Therapist offering an integrative approach that bridges the medical/cognitive models with transpersonal/humanistic approaches. I work from a Whole Person, systemic point of view. I am experienced in working with relationship issues, trauma, depression/anxiety, grief, death and dying and life transitions. I also provide mediation services for families regarding divorce/custody issues and parent coaching. I serve adults and children providing individual, couple and family sessions.
In addition to private practice, I provide consulting services to social services, treatment facilities, schools, and churches. I have conducted many workshops and retreats and currently facilitate a group process for systemic healing within families.

Systemic Constellation Work
Systemic Constellation Work, also known as Family Constellation Work, is a group process that allows hidden loyalites or dynamics to be revealed; thus, allowing the client and the system to make other choices and move beyond patterns that no longer serve. This process does not have to be done in the presence of other family members. It is similar to role play but provides a "phenomenological" experience, meaning something happens.
