All of the time, I see insightful people struggle with unconscious patterns that keep them from being their best selves. If you are not sure why you feel conflicted, stuck, or why you engage in self-sabotaging behaviors, understanding how unconscious patterns operate is the key to a happier life. Therapy, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy for trauma, can help people get clear about and actually make the changes they want to see in their lives. I work with people to develop the courage, vision and freedom from old patterns they need to create lasting change.
My approach is mindfulness-based and trauma-informed. I engage in deep listening, express compassion, hold space for and encourage change. Through use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Mindfulness, DBT, Action and Commitment Therapy and archetypal work, I hope to become a guide who evokes people's own wisdom.
